Convicted New Orleans priest Father Lawrence Hecker sexually abused Kenny Tipton more than 25 times. He was not mentioned in the video below because he was not part of the child sex abuse claim filed by Ken against the Boy Scouts of America. That is a separate lawsuit against the Catholic Archdiocese of New Orleans.
